First Baptist Church----Kings Mountain, N.C.

We had an amazing week-----November 2-9------with our home church First Baptist in Kings Mountain, N.C.

Mission team members were Dick & Jackie Fisher, Gary & Christie Cooke, Johnathan & Katie Bolt, Wayne Blanton, Mike Lambert, Mike Hinson, Terry Smith & Ed Richards.

The men from First Baptist enjoyed woodworking craft with the men in San Ignacio.

Dick Fisher and Terry Smith wired 2 homes in San Ignacio and also the soccer court at the church.

Many thanks to the men who helped construct the roof at the La Finca Bautista.

We enjoyed a visit to the mission church in Uruthia. Christie, Katie and Jackie shared a ladies craft and afterward surprised them with a nice pocketbook that contained nail polish, lotions and other nice items. We also had a few ladies from San Ignacio come along to help with this ministry.

San Ignacio celebrated it's 1st Annual

Churchwide Birthday Party with the Kings Mountain group. A table was set up to represent each month. Every table had a birthday cake along with beautiful decorations. The entire church enjoyed a meal, cake and games. The children and youth provided the entertainment.

Ed Richards took a break from his construction work to help fit a pair of shorts to one of the children.

Received many blessings giving clothes & shoes to the children in the Saturday morning feeding center at San Ignacio.

We visited homes and met some of the members from First Baptist Church San Ignacio.

Christie & Delmy are giving instructions on how to make different shapes with play dough using the cookie cutters. The younger kids really enjoyed this!
