BAPTIST TEMPLE

The mission team from Baptist Temple, Reidsville, N.C. arrived October 12-21. Most of these team members have been to Honduras several times. Many ministries were shared the 9 days they were here.

The ladies distributed care packages for new mothers and their babies to one of the hospitals in the city. They also ministered to the home for the elderly with gift packs, hair cuts, crafts and most of all......just spending one on one time with them. The ladies also visited 4 area churches, Comunion Baptist, Santa Rosa, Emanuel and La Roca. Crafts were shared at all four of these churches and they also received a tremendous blessing prayer walking through Emanuel and La Roca. Also while at La Roca they were able to distributed school supplies to the classrooms.

Pastor George Fox led a bible study with the men at Comunion Baptist for 3 nights. Thank you Pastor Fox for committing your time for these men.

Many thanks to Dr. Van Romine who led the eye glass clinic at Comunion Baptist, Santa Rosa, Emanuel and La Roca. Not only were the people given glasses to see but some made a profession of faith.

The men worked the entire week building tables, benches and computer tables for Comunion, La Roca and San Ignacio.

The Village of San Ignacio Celebrates the Bible

Four churches combine to celebrate "The Day of The Bible".

A parade, christian music, witnessing tracts and New Testaments were provided for the village of San Ignacio. The parade stopped at three designated areas to share scripture and pray.

More than 400 New Testaments were shared with the village.
